Privacy Notice
Last updated: this notice describes current practice on this website.
What this notice covers
This notice describes how Created Good Technologies handles information submitted through the public createdgoodtech.com website — specifically, the Request a Demo form. It does not cover the separate privacy practices of the protected Created Good product workspace, which is governed by the agreement in place with your organization once you become a customer.
Information we collect
When you submit a demo request, we collect:
- Your name, work email, company or brand, and website or primary social URL
- Your state and role
- Approximate product/SKU count and approximate new COAs per month
- Your primary challenge, and anything else you choose to tell us
- Phone number, if you provide one
- The timestamp of your consent to be contacted about this request
We do not ask for, and this form does not accept, passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, consumer health information, laboratory report (COA) files, or cannabis inventory or compliance records.
How we use this information
We use the information you submit to follow up personally about your demo request and to evaluate whether Created Good fits your workflow. We do not sell this information.
Anti-spam and security measures
Submissions are validated on our servers, protected by an invisible spam trap, and rate-limited per submitting network address. We do not log the contents of what you submit in our application logs. Submitted information is stored in a restricted database table that is not directly readable or writable by any client application — only by a narrow, validated server function, and by authorized Created Good personnel evaluating the request.
Who can see your request
Demo requests are visible only to authorized Created Good platform administrators responsible for sales follow-up. They are never mixed with, or visible alongside, any customer’s product-evidence records.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a demo request you submitted, or ask what information we hold about it, by contacting us through the Request a Demo form.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our practices change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
